A Selfcare Movement Practice to Release, Recharge and Relax
MoveDanceFlow is a guided movement class for body & mind, where dance, movement, mindfulness, and relaxation come together.
Through simple movements, free movement explorations, accessible choreography, and open dance to carefully selected music, you shift your focus from your mind to your body.
You release tension, set stuck energy in motion, and support your body’s natural self-regulating ability.
You leave the class feeling relaxed, grounded, and fully recharged.

Esther’s MoveDanceFlow classes truly are a breath of fresh air. Nice to meet you!
I live and work guided by what feels right from within. To the best of my ability, I let my body and heart show me the way.
I believe there is nothing more healing, courageous, loving, powerful, and authentic than that. And honestly? It’s also one of the hardest things to do.
We simply haven’t been taught.
It requires a radically different way of living than what we’re used to. One in which feeling matters more than thinking, and simplicity and slowing down an act of courage.
I’ve experienced firsthand how fulfilling it is to live in alignment with yourself. To stay true to what feels right for you, and to act from what genuinely resonates, beyond what your mind thinks it knows.
When I do this, an effortless flow emerges. A deep sense of trust, and of being “on purpose.” Stress, tension, and resistance give way to calm, energy, and joy.
